One of the highlights of my stay was the outstanding range of facilities. The Olympic-sized swimming pool provided a refreshing retreat, perfect after a long day, and the fully equipped health club made it easy to maintain my fitness routine. Dining options were plentiful too, with a variety of international cuisines alongside local Arabic dishes, and I especially enjoyed the in-room dining experience offered by the hotel’s signature restaurant. What really set this hotel apart, however, was its exceptional service. The staff truly went above and beyond, offering personalized care and ensuring that every need was met with a smile. Their attention to detail made my stay not just comfortable, but memorable, and it was clear that their warm hospitality is a cornerstone of the hotel's reputation. Moreover, the location is a major advantage. Situated within walking distance of the corniche and near West Bay, the hotel offers easy access to Doha’s vibrant city life, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. For families, the outdoor playground and dedicated kid’s pool add an extra layer of convenience and fun. Overall, Ezdan Hotel Doha strikes an excellent balance between luxury and affordability. "I stayed here for a few days while changing apartments and the staff understandably assumed I was only here for a short stopover. I left an item of clothing behind and whether they threw it away or it was stolen by staff, I do not know, but they were so unprofessional and unhelpful when I rang to ask them about it. It was definitely left in that hotel yet they were insisting they had no record of it after I checked out. The housekeeping manager also never bothered to call me back and every time I rang, I was put through to unprofessional people. Would not recommend this stay to be honest. I’ve been in Doha for more than 4 years and this is the worst hotel I’ve stayed at here, in terms of staff."

"Booked this hotel for a layover, just hoping for something cheap and clean. It turned out to be surprisingly good. Early check-in was offered for an extra 100 RMB, but I opted to wait in the lobby instead (it was quiet and tucked away from the front desk). Before long, the front desk assigned me a room, free of charge."

"My second time staying staging at this hotel and I hope it’s true what they say about everything coming in three’s because I hope to stay here again . Excellent location , great breakfasts . Provok rooftop restaurant has amazing views and great food . The pool area is great as are the cakes selection next to the hotel lobby . Rooms are really comfortable beautiful bathrooms . Great attention to detail my favourite fairmont hotel even better then the one in the palm in Dubai . Next time I intend to visit their Indian restaurant. Miss it and Raffles next door already."

It has two restaurants, both with fantastic ambiance and delicious food! My son can't stop talking about the hotel's dinner! 100% recommend!"
